The TODAY host and her sons recently relocated to a new house in the suburbs of Long Island, marking their first suburban Halloween. Despite the boys being tired at 5:30 p.m., Rusty kept the doors manned for two hours. Dylan shared snippets of her new home on Instagram over the Halloween weekend, showcasing the black-paneled shutters and lush greenery surrounding the property. One image featured her three sons posing outside, while another showed the family enjoying dinner in their new dining room, complete with dark wood flooring and moving boxes.
Dylan and her ex-husband, Brian Fichera, listed their $2.5 million New York City home for sale in January. The property, which featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was temporarily pulled off the market in August but soon put back on the market with a significant $500,000 price cut. In September, it was listed as 'contingent,' indicating a buyer had been found and the sale was pending a few conditions. Dylan confirmed the news on her social media page, sharing pictures of her three sons' bedrooms, which have since been emptied out.
The former couple moved into the apartment in 2008, constructed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering picturesque views of Battery Park's landscaping. Dylan's Instagram statement about her separation from her husband was a heartfelt message to her followers, expressing gratitude for their support and sharing the news of their decision to separate as friends.
