What are the card rankings in 2k24? ›

Any card with an overall rating less than 80 is a Gold Gem Tier, they then progress up through Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Amethyst, Diamond, Pink Diamond, Galaxy Opal, and finally the highest Gem Tier is Dark Matter, a 99 overall.

HOLO CARDS

There are holo versions of your favorite NBA player card in market packs and even rewards. You can acquire them by opening packs, or earning Rewards in MyTEAM. Holo cards have an increased value when they are sold.

Free Agent cards allow you to use a Player temporarily to gain a boost in MyTEAM games. Once you've played 5 games with the card it will be gone forever.

MyTEAM is a game mode featured in the NBA 2K series that allows players to build their own team, consisting of former and current NBA players. Players have the ability to customize their team's franchise and appearance. MyTEAM itself has several different game modes inside of it.
