Surprisingly really good Spanish food!

Looking for something different, and really like good Spanish food, so we decided to try this restaurant. it’s not fancy and rather local neighborhood style. The food range is diverse and we were happy to see paella and other fine dinner platters. I ordered the paella and my husband had slow roasted pork with rice - both delicious and plentiful with the right ingredients! So very tasty! The place was very well attended for a Tuesday evening and lively. Very casual with fine dining options. Definitely worth the visit!

Very Good Food!!

While at our vacation home for a couple of weeks, we decided to order some take out from Sol y Luna for the first time. We ordered a couple of burrito bowls and found them to be very tasty. The restaurant looks very nice and we can't wait to visit again.

Great Take Out Meal

We'd heard a lot of great things about Sol y Luna and from the parking lot (pre-Covid), which was always packed, we thought what we'd heard was correct - that this is a great place! It is! We ordered a take out meal of fajitas. It comes with all the fixings and it is a lot of food. We didn't get the shrimp in our combo, but the chicken and beef were marinated so they were tender and delicious. Make sure to order their guacamole and get chips and salsa, all of which are fresh and tasty! Looking forward to trying another take out of dine in experience with them soon.

Our favorite place!

Ok.... just ok

We called in the order, the young lady that answered the phone like she was answering her phone....hello. I had to ask if this was Sol Y Luna. We ordered the ceviche, that had good flavor only 3 pieces of shrimp. 12 something bucks I expect more than 1 piece of shrimp cut into pieces. The chips weren't the freshest and way overcooked. The family meal we got the fajitas it was ok flavorwise. Definitely heavy on the onions and not so much meat. I did not find the way the lettuce and shredded cheese was packed, just tossed in metal pan with sourcreams and souffle cups of tomatoes smashed on top. Then stick that metal pan directly on top of a hot pan with steaming rice and fajitas. The Maduros were by far the best thing we ate from them. Too bad we only got 7-8 little chunks for 6$. We had heard great things about this place just disappointed our first time was just average.
