• Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
• Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
• Collect data and prepare related operational reports
• Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
• Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
• Coordinate projects
• Furnish information to authorized persons
• Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation

Required Qualifications, US:

• 2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, in any business-related course
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Ability to understand client concerns, questions and problems pertaining to USD and FX Wire Transfer transactions.
• Knowledge of business-related computer software such as MS Office and Windows based applications.
• Ability to work in team focused environment, while also working independently to achieve daily standards.
• USD and FX Wire Investigations experience.
• Experience with Mainframe applications, IFT, MTS, PEGA, Intellitracs, SWIFT, and Microsoft Office tools

Job Expectations:

• Must be amenable to work full-time onsite, Monday - Friday, BGC, Taguig City
• Must be amenable to work on night shift
• Conducting intake to determine appropriate course of action,
• Conducting investigative steps to fully identify the issues,
• Processing complex transactions on-line (including monetary and nonmonetary actions),
• Researching product information, terms, conditions, contracts, etc. and resolving complex problems and inquiries.
• Serves as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates and enacts settlements accordingly.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts to ensure balance.
• Handles incoming correspondence in accordance with external and internal policies and procedures.
• Generates and/or composes written correspondence as needed. Reviews data and reports trends to management.
• Duties may also include account maintenance, report generation, project work and work direction.
